She died 10 May 1888 in Ogden. Weher, Utah.
Her father Joim Daniel Zwicker was born 12 March 1772. of Blockhouse. Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. Canada he died 21 December 1859, Mahone Bay. Nova Scotia, Canada. There is no written history of Mary Ann Zwicker Jost. Her husband wrote a very comprehensive journal of their lives when they joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and left Nova Scotia to join the Saints. The journal continues until they leave Atchison for Florence on Thursday June 1856. Mary Ann’s story is contained in the History of John Alexander Jost and their daughter Mary Ann as they leave the mid west and travel to Utah and then to Ogden.
